Community-Based Rehabilitation Service (CBRS) was established in 1995 and has prepared and implemented periodic plans. Now CBRS has to develop the next five years' strategic plan which may guide the clear route for service delivery and its sustainability. CBRS envisions a society which respects the rights, and dignity of people with disabilities, marginalized, disadvantaged, which gives them the opportunity to fulfil their potential on an equal basis.”CBRS works in the Gandaki Province of Nepal, with and for people with disabilities (including women, Dalit, ethnic and disadvantaged communities), seeking the fulfilment of their human rights and humanitarian environment.
