Ram Chandra Paudel is a highly skilled professional trainer/facilitator with extensive experience in the national and international arena. He has decades of experience working closely with and building the capacities of various institutions within the government, public, private and non-profit sectors with a key focus on human development, community development, as well as multicultural/gender issues.

Yangchen Gurung is currently working in the capacity of Project Manager at Lo Gyalpo Jigme Cultural Conservation Foundation. Yangchen holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Energy and Environment Policy and has experience of working within the sector in the Dominican Republic and the United States.

Krishna Kumar Lamichhane

Krishna Kumar Lamichhane

Program Manager

Krishna Kumar Lamichhane has been working as Program Manager in Community Based Rehabilitation Service (CBRS) Nepal for 30 years now. Krishna holds Master of Philosophy in Economics. He also has experience of teaching Health Economics at Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine Pokhara Campus for four years and economics to the high school students at Global Collegiate School, Pokhara, for twenty years. Apart from teaching and his work at CBRS, he has also been involved in research consultancies as a freelancer.

Core Group

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. 01To deliberate and help make good decisions based on information gathered by the network and its members

  2. 02To mediate in both internal and external matters as needed

  3. 03To recruit and guide the project coordinator

  4. 04The Core Group members are appointed for a period of 5 years

  5. 05The Core Group members cannot be replaced until their tenure is over or unless an existing core group member decides to voluntarily step down
