BIKALPA-Nepal is a local, implementing organization which resides and operates in the same location. We are observing and acting the situation of children and their families every day. We are also part of the community. The BN is founded by the youth who are graduates from CHILDREN-Nepal and gone through the education in schools that was impacted them. They have experience of mobilizing self-help groups, teachers and parents for the benefit of children and their families. The consultant/process facilitators have much more experience in running public schools and mobilizing duty bears. BN envision a compassionate community where everyone practice & promote culture of inclusion, peace and justices. Our mission is to empower communities enabling them with understanding and skills on alternative ways to exclusion, violence & injustices. BN aims to practice and promote inclusiveness and justice education in schools, campaigning against child separation and youth entrepreneurship development which all connected with climate justice. Our objectives are • Campaigning through action against various social injustices such as child separation, child abuse, human trafficking, and discrimination • Engage in to create and implement an action plan to increase the inclusive, justice and quality of public education. • Helping to create an environment for creating education and employment opportunities for the youth • To understand, make action plans and implement how to work & support communities to adapt to the growing insecurities of climate change. • Develop and implement strategies & actions to make social service sustainable and self-reliant. • To create culture of inclusive peace and justice through personal and social transformation actions among communities. • To advocate support through social mobilization to expand access to state service facilities for people of vulnerable communities. • Campaign through public action to bring the essence of human rights and social justice in communities. • Conducting programs in collaboration/partnership with organizations/agencies with common objective/mission.
