The organisation has been involved in different developmental activities such as organic farming, social mobilisation, advocacy, good governance, conflict management and different type of awareness and capacity building, including income generation-based training programs & other development activities. The organisation believes in a rights-based and participatory approach. The organisation believes in equal and active participation of women and socially excluded groups in crisis or everyday situations. It focuses on the rural & sustainable income of the poor and marginalised people of Nepal. The organisation also equally focuses on environmental sanitation and the conservation of biodiversity.
