The Secretariat
The responsibility of the network’s secretariat is:
- To prepare, coordinate and document the networks events.
- The secretariat is responsible for the flow of information between the Core Group and the members of The Everest Network.
- They should seek national and international knowledge on climate change subjects with special focus local knowledge found within Nepal. This knowledge should be shared via information networks.
- A major role of the secretariat is the development of online educational resources.
- The secretariat is answerable to the Core Group.
- Lastly the secretariat should seek collaborative partners within Nepal.
